Nok den bedste bønnebrownie jeg har bagt og så er det faktisk ikke engang mig der bagte den, men min datter Johanne Katrine.
Du skal bruge:
- 1 dåse sorte bønner, drænet.
- 2 æg
- 1/2 dl kokosolie
- 2 spsk honning
- 1 tsk vanilje
- 1 dl havregryn
- 2 spsk kakao
- 1.5 tsk bagepulver
- 1 spsk neskaffe
- 1 knivspids havsalt
- 50 g mørk hakket chokolade
- 1 håndfuld pecannødder
Sådan gør du:
- Forvarm ovnen til 175 grader. Gør en rugbrødsform klar med bagepapir.
- Blend i foodprocessoren de sorte bønner og havregrynene helt fint. Put æg, kokosolie, honning og vanilje i.
- Put kakao, bagepulver og neskaffe i, blend til en lind masse.
- Put det i formen.
- Hak pecannødder og chokolade og put det ovenpå kagen, mas lidt ned i. Bag i 25-30 minutes, indtil du kan stikke en tandstik i, hvor intet hænger fast
Vi spiste kagen her med banan kokos og ingefær-is, en virkelig lækker dessert.
