- 1 frossen banan i skiver
- 1 appelsin, skrællet og skåret i skiver
- 2 gulerødder, i skiver
- 1 klump ingefær (ca på størrelse med en valnød)
- 1 dl mælk (alle slags plantemælk eller komælk)
- 1 håndfuld isklumper
Blend alt i blenderen og put evt isklumper i glasset.
