Banankage med valnødder og orangesmag

Du skal bruge:

  • 100 g valnødder
  • 6 dl havregryn
  • 3 bananer
  • 4 æg
  • 10 dadler
  • 1 dl mælk
  • 2 spsk kokosolie
  • skallen fra to øko-appelsiner (revet)
  • 1 1/2 tsk bagepulver
  • 2 tsk vaniljepulver
  • 1/2 tsk salt
  • 1 spsk peanutbutter

    Glasur:
  • 100 g mørk chokolade
  • lidt hele valnødder

Sådan gør du:
Blend alt undtagen chokolade og valnødder. Start med havregryn og dadler. Blend til en cremet masse. Vend de grovhakkede valnødder i og put i form .
Bag ved ca 35 min ved 180 grader varmluft.
Når kagen tages ud lægges den brækkede chokolade på den varme kage og kommer lige tilbage i ovnen 2 min, hvorefter chokoladen smøres ud.
